I built Project Sentinel : a Control Room Mod for long Claude Code runs

I built Project Sentinel , an open-source Claude Code Mod for longer autonomous runs. The main idea is to track three different things separately: Work : progress across the whole run Context : current context usage + automatic handoff before it fills Cache : prompt-cache health/expiry It also has Autopilot fresh-context handoffs, run progress, cache protection, permissions/guardrails, resource limits, Activity, profiles and an optional little companion.
