After putting CI/CD configuration files in the repository, AI can now grasp the entire development picture.
When we were using Jenkins, pipeline configurations were scattered across separate servers, and even if we told AI "fix this project," it couldn't handle anything related to CI/CD.
After migrating to GitHub Actions, the workflow files also fit inside the repository, so Claude Code can now understand the entire codebase and even handle configuration changes.
Not only did maintainability improve, but the biggest gain was achieving a "structure where we can develop together with AI."
I was reminded once again that to leverage AI in business, it's important to prepare not just tools but an "environment that AI can read."
