Live Progress pane for long-running Claude Code jobs (test suites, evals, batch runs), with blooming/wilting bars, dev-server rows, and stop/bloom notifications. A plugin that tracks background jobs and dev servers, parses their output for progress, and renders a pane via a ui.render hook.
