I find the little usage limits circle basically useless because it means different things based on what is the highest. I am constantly monitoring my usage and having to constantly click on the circle to see if I am pacing myself to have usage left by the end of the week or if I need to start spawning some large tasks to ensure no usage gets wasted by the end of the week.
