Claude Code 的任务列表面板，会共享项目根目录中的 TASKS.md。添加、勾选完成、重命名和删除任务；将任务分组到列表中，拖动重新排序，并隐藏已完成任务。Claude 读取同一份列表，也可以按要求添加或勾选任务，包括在任务下添加备注。纯 Markdown，每个项目一份列表，可以手动编辑。安装方式是将仓库克隆到 ~/.claude/skills/task-list，然后在新会话中运行 /task。需要 Claude Code 2.1.289 或更高版本；在面板中复制和粘贴需要 macOS。

Claude reads the same list, and adds or ticks off tasks when you ask

Works in the desktop app and the terminal

Edit it by hand any time
