I kept losing track of cool Claude Code extensions scattered across random repos and threads, so I built claudemods.chat : a searchable directory of community mods, plugins, skills, subagents, hooks, status lines, MCP servers and CLAUDE.md guides. It's also a Claude Code plugin marketplace. 67 plugins from 35 different repos install from one place: /plugin marketplace add omarcevi/claudemods /plugin install cc-arcade@claudemods A few I keep coming back to: cc-arcade - Snake, Tetris and 2048 above the prompt while Claude works, plus a virtual pet cctop - btop-style live dashboard of context, tokens, cost and agents in a side pane aside - a read-only side chat to ask about the session without touching the main thread TDD Guard - blocks implementation that isn't backed by a failing test roll-credits - movie-style end credits for your coding session. Completely pointless, I love it On safety, since mods run with your permissions: Every bundled plugin is pinned to a specific commit, so nothing changes under you when an upstream repo pushes A weekly job proposes version bumps as a PR, and I review each diff before merging All 67 were install-tested in a clean Claude Code config before going in Want to add something? There's a submission form on the repo. A bot validates it, and once I approve it, it opens the PR on its own. Your own projects are very welcome. Inspired by prompts.chat.
