A ninja lives above your Claude Code prompt and reacts to the work: - an edit gets a quick strike; - a long test run or build gets the signature jutsu (Kakashi's Raikiri, Itachi's Tsukuyomi, Madara's fire wall…) - a subagent gets a summon or shadow clones. - a turn ends with a cheer, and it falls asleep when you step away. The spinner shouts the jutsu name as it lands. All 20 ninja are hand-placed pixel art written in code, built with Claude Code.
