/stack（stack-viewer）は、インストールされているすべてのスキル、サブエージェント、コマンド、フック、MCP サーバー、プラグイン、設定、出力スタイルをスキャンし、スコープ別にグループ化したインタラクティブパネルに表示する Claude Code の MOD です。
