claude code 2.1.300 はアップデートする価値がある、その理由は mods だ。

ヘッドラインの変更点：agent.spawn フックが、スポーン時にワークフローエージェントのプロンプトとモデルを書き換えられるようになった。以前は、フックはエージェントを拒否することしかできなかった。これによりルーティングがコードになる：ドキュメントの一掃には安いモデル、実際の修正には強いモデル。

さらに：prompt.change が非タイプ式のプロンプト変更（履歴呼び出し、元に戻す、プラグイン充填）で発火し、/advisor が aws 上の claude platform に登場し、otel スパンが genai セマンティック規約属性を運ぶようになった

claude code 2.1.300 is worth your update, and the reason is mods.

the headline change: agent.spawn hooks can now rewrite a workflow agent's prompt and model at spawn time. before, a hook could only refuse the agent. that turns routing into code: cheap model for doc sweeps, strong model for the actual fix.

also in: prompt.change fires on non-typed prompt changes (history recall, undo, plugin fill), /advisor lands on claude platform on aws, and otel spans now carry genai semantic-convention attr
