若先追兩個 repo，我會選官方來源：Anthropic Claude Code Releases／CHANGELOG（https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/releases）；OpenAI Codex repo（https://github.com/openai/codex）。更新多時先追 release，commit 留給追特定行為變動；Skills／MCP 範例再回 README、原始碼和 issue 核對，避免把 demo 當成穩定做法。
