# Claude Code can be powerful without being very visible. This repo adds the missi

Claude Code mods is a collection of opt-in plugins for Claude Code that add live status lines, panes, guards, and a few optional extras.

## Description

Claude Code can be powerful without being very visible. This repo adds the missing signals.

Claude Code mods is a collection of opt-in plugins for Claude Code that add live status lines, panes, guards, and a few optional extras.

It helps you see what your session is doing by letting you choose individual hook-based mods rather than changing your whole setup.

Key features:

• Context bar – shows context-window usage as a stacked bar with token counts and compaction information
• Review watch – tracks running Codex or subagent code reviews, including elapsed time and latest output
• Markdown preview – renders Markdown Claude edits like GitHub, with before-and-after views side by side
• Blast-radius guard – pauses destructive commands such as `rm -r`, force pushes, and migrations to show their impact
• Pick-and-install flow – the npx installer presents a checklist so you can enable only the mods you want

It’s open-source (MIT license).
