If you don't do this before using Claude Code, technical debt will pile up.

Are you just throwing "implement it for now" at a coding agent without any guidance?

AI is excellent, but if instructions are vague, it will make its own judgments and produce unexpected implementations.
The cost of fixing things later is many times higher than designing it from the start.

The solution is simple: have it create a detailed plan before implementation.

Just adding "First create a plan. Implementation comes after" to your prompt can significantly suppress the AI from going off the rails.

Claude Code has strong planning capabilities, so carefully going through the planning phase will raise the quality of output by a notch.

Claude Codeを使う前に、これをやらないと技術負債が積み上がります。

コーディングエージェントに「とりあえず実装して」と丸投げしていませんか？

AIは優秀ですが、指示が曖昧だと独自の判断で予想外の実装をしてきます。
後から修正するコストは、最初から設計するより何倍もかかります。

対策はシンプルで、実装前に詳細な計画書を作らせること。

プロンプトに「まず計画書を作成して。実装はその後」と入れるだけで、AIの暴走をかなり抑えられます。

Claude Codeはその計画力が高いので、計画フェーズを丁寧に踏むとアウトプットの質が一段上がりますよ。
